Our small $5 entrance fee for ages 13 and older goes directly to our organization. We thank you for your support. Ages 12 and younger are free.
No, we do not do pre-sale tickets and only take our entrance fee at the door at this time. Please do not interact with anybody who claims they are selling extra tickets.
Parking is free. We do have a limited number of handicap and motorcycle parking. Please let our parking volunteers know if you need to let someone out of your vehicle for a handicap assisted drop off at the front entrance. Our parking is first come, first serve, so we recommend you arrive early! Once our fields are at full capacity, we must allow cars to leave before allowing more cars into our parking lot. PLEASE BE KIND to our parking volunteers. We are a family-run organization made up of 100% volunteers who are trying our best to allow everyone in. Paying for entrance, food or drink is run on a ticketing system. Please pre-pay for tickets at one of our several ticket booths. We accept card or cash (atms available on site). Once you have your tickets, you may then use them to pay for food, drinks or fundraiser booths.
Our events go on rain or shine! In the event of poor weather, have an inside hall, bar and kitchen. We hope the forecast doesn't scare you and your families away. Our dancers have been working hard all year, our kitchen crew has been preparing thousands of handmade food items, and we have ordered a LOT of beer for our biggest festivals of the year. We hope you'll come our and support us no matter the weather.
We have two bathroom facilities inside our club house and one outdoors. Our inside bathroom is equipped with a changing table.
We area handicap accessible facility. If you or your family require additional assistance, please let one of our volunteers know.
If you would like to take your food to go, please let our volunteer servers know when your order so we can give you a to go box.
We are a 100% non-profit, volunteer and family-run organization. Every dollar goes back into our children's programs, facility maintenance and expenses. We highly encourage all guests to please pay our small $5 entrance fee so that you can enjoy our entertainment and atmosphere before or after you purchase your to-go meals. We appreciate your support for the German Family Society. Guests who are not wearing an entrance wristband will be asked to leave.
Yes! If you know your liter size, please let our bartenders know. If you don't know your stein size, one of our bartenders will be happy to size and price it for you for your beer pour.
No. Tables are on a first come, first serve basis. Our volunteers work diligently to clean empty tables or provide extra seating if we are at capacity. We have many seating areas under and around our big tent, biergarten, inside our club house and by the playground.
As a non-profit organization, we do not take any outside vendors for our events or festivals. Please do not interact with anybody online who claims we have open vendor registration. Please block and report these accounts, and do not provide any personal information or money to them.
